SANIWISE Limited Warranty
What Is Covered
Under this Limited Warranty, SANIWISE warrants that each SANIWISE product that you purchase will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use in accordance with SANIWISE’s instructions for 365 days from the date of the original purchase with proof of purchase. SANIWISE will only honor warranty requests from orders placed with our authorized dealers. SANIWISE will not warrant items sold as used, floor sample, or refinished items sold solely under the terms and conditions of the selling party.
What Will SANIWISE Do
SANIWISE will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by telephone, e-mail or online chat. SANIWISE will arrange repair or replacement service for a working lid thereof which fails as the result of such a defect during the warranty period.
What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
- User modification
- Damage caused by any attachments to the product by the user
- Any product on which the seals and/or serial numbers have been broken, altered or removed in any manner
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, water or theft
Limitation of Warranty
Except as mentioned above, SANIWISE makes no express or implied warranties as to any product, in particular, makes no warranty of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. SANIWISE shall not be held liable for the consequential or incidental damage arising from any product defect. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited to the terms of this limited warranty. Our liability is limited to the replacement of any defective product.

If a SANIWISE product should fail during the warranty period, please send an email to support@saniwise.com to submit a request for warranty service.
Charges may apply for services not covered by this Limited Warranty. For specific details, please refer to the warranty email that SANIWISE will provide.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. However, you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province.
